We fueled up at the Flying "J" in El Paso on Sunday morning, and headed on toward Quartzsite. However, right before we fueled up, Mark had a problem........... he ran out of fuel within sight of the Flying "J"!! Here he is pouring fuel in his tow truck and you can see the Motel 8 sign in the background, and the Flying "J" is right next door to it!
We stopped at a Wal-Mart in Las Cruces so we could watch the Colts vs Chargers and the Cowboys vs Giants play-off games on TV. I got good reception on my new TV. Before the game, we went to the nearby town of Old Sedilla. Here are some picturs of Patsy and Sue shopping:
After the game, we decided to drive for a while. We ended up driving about 250 miles, to a parking area near Benson, AZ where we spent the night.
