Before naps and bedtime, they watched their favorite videos on the front TV.
They also did some picture posing.......... when they wanted to cooperate, and I got some good ones................

They also did a lot of bike and wagon riding around the park. They looked at all the tents and other RV's, and people who were camping. They also spent a lot of time in the playgrounds making use of the equipment.

We were really proud of how fast the both mastered the rock-climbing equipment. Matthew has been doing it for a while, but Aubrey, who is only 2 1/2 years old, really picked it up this weekend!!
Saturday night, after working her second nursing job on Saturday afternoon, Mom (Laura) and Dad showed up. The kids were glad to see them. Mom and dad ended up spending Saturday night in the Bus with us. Right before they got there, we had made the burgers and sausage on the portable grill, and they brought the makings for S'mores! So after dinner, we used our campfire to make the desserts................

The park had an abundance of wildlife. Over the weekend, we saw two raccoons in the dumpsters, several turtles, with one sunning on a log, red birds, lots of squirrels, and many, many deer.......... some with fawns.

We broke camp at 11:00AM on Sunday, and drove home. Later this week, Patsy and I will hit the road again............. to camp with the Texas Boomers next weekend, and the Lone Star Allegros the following weekend. Shortly after, we will take the grandkids with their Mom and Dad to the Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose, TX.

We arrived a little early at the meeting, and our friends, the Stampers from Corpus Christi, were already there. The meeting was conducted by Jimmy Johnson, President of the Allgro Club, and Cynthia Skinner, the club marketing director. Eventually, twelve couples showed up, so it was-well attended. We listed and voted for club names, and eventually, it was decided that the club would be called the "Amigo Allegros" I think it will be chapter number 186. After a bit of business, we were treated to some sodas, and a light meal. It was pretty tasty, and we got to visit with some of the attendees. Here is the meal spread...............
After the meal, we really got down to business. It was decided that the club would have a President, Vice-President (and wagonmaster), a secretary, and a treasurer. They solicited volunteers, and had a rough time getting them. Eventually, folks did volunteer, and the club has a campout scheduled for 20--22Jun in Boerne, Texas at the Fiesta RV park.

On Saturday night, we had another catered meal.......... chicken, green beans, potatoes, salad and dessert. It was good, even though it was chicken!!! After dinner, we played "card bingo", and I never knew about playing bingo with a deck of playing cards! It was fun, but Patsy won one pot out of eight games, and I did not win any!!
After the bingo game, everybody broke into smaller groups and played games. I found a good poker group, and had a very good night. I won enough to cover the cost of weekend, including Patsy's sandals! Nice night!!

On Wednesday, we met several people from the club. Also, the Stampers, Wayne and Marynell, whom we had met at Red Bay during our Bus building (they were watching their Phaeton final finish), and also saw at Red Bay on our last visit, are also here. Marynell was the one who gave us some information on this group. Wednesday evening, we went out to eat dinner with the Stampers at the local favorite restaurant, The Big Fisherman.

On Friday evening, we both had Bar-b-que for dinner. Patsy stayed at the rally and had it catered at the campground. I drove to Port Lavaca, and had it with the ALCOA 25-year club meeting.
