On Friday morning, we went to the Mesa Flea Market. It is all inside a metal building, but it was still cold at 8:00AM. We purchased a few things, like coasters for the motorhome, and enjoyed the walking around. You can catch a few photos on Mark's blog:
On Friday afternoon, we drove around Phoenix to get some idea of where I have to drive the motorhome on Monday for an appointment with the Spartan Service Center to find out about a "check engine" light that I get when I use the Jake brake. Patsy and Sue also did some laundry at the park laundromat. We had some new red rugs that we did not want to wash in our new washer. Here are some laundry photos to show the level of excitement during Friday:
The laundromat had old fashioned clothes lines out behind the building. Maybe the old folks here like to hang their laundry out.
Friday night, we went out to eat at a local Outback Restaurant for steak.
On Saturday, we ran a few errands in the morning. Mark needed to refill a bottle of propane, and Sue needed to buy a bicycle riding helmet. This was the warmest day we have had since we arrived here. Patsy, Sue and Mark thought it was warm enough to go swimming, and I went strolling through the park. Here are some more pictures of the park:
